My dad I haven't had the best relationship due to my parents' divorce. But we have been working on it over the last month or so via email. I invited him to the wedding and he said he was looking forward to it. But then he asked if he could give me away at the wedding. Wow. Despite the past, he is still my Dad and I only get one of those. So I agreed. I know this could cause major drama within my family but this is my wedding. I am hoping and wishing for the best.
I thought I was going to walk down the aisle alone but now it's going to be the way I pictured it in my head as a little girl. This is huge.
